• Dr. Steven D. Richman

    Dr. Steven D. Richman

    Steven D. Richman received his BA Degree from Columbia College and his Medical Degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed an internship at New York Hospital and his residency in Radiology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.

    Dr. Richman went on to become a Clinical Associate in the Department of Nuclear Medicine at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD and was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. His career includes serving as an Attending Radiologist and the Assistant Director of the Radiology Resident Program at Morristown Memorial Hospital prior to joining Montclair Radiology. Since then, he has held numerous positions at Mountainside Hospital, where he served as the Radiology Department Director and where he sat on the hospital’s medical board, as well as serving in Chilton Memorial Hospital’s Radiology Department.

    He is an active member of the American College of Radiology, The Radiology Society of New Jersey, the Society of Nuclear Medicine as well as the Institute of Ultrasound and Medicine. Dr. Richman is a Diplomat of the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology.

  • Dr. Denise C.  McFadden

    Dr. Denise C. McFadden

    Denise C. McFadden received her BA Degree from Douglas College at Rutgers University and her Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College. She completed an internship at St. Barnabas Medical Center.

    Dr. McFadden completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center where she was Chief Resident. In addition,                Dr. McFadden completed a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at the New York University Medical Center where she was Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology.

    Dr. McFadden’s career includes serving as an Attending Staff Radiologist, Section Chief of Body CT Scanning and Director of the Radiology Residency Program at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York. She has also served as an Attending Staff Radiologist and Section Chief of Body CT Scanning at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, NJ, where she also served as Director of Breast Imaging. After leaving Holy Name Hospital, Dr. McFadden joined Mountainside Hospital as Co-Director of the hospital’s Breast Center and as an Attending Radiologist. She went on to join Montclair Radiology and the staff of Chilton Memorial Hospital.

    Dr. McFadden is an active member of the Radiologic Society of North America, The Radiology Society of New Jersey, The American College of Radiology, The Bergen County Medical Society, The American Medical Association, The Roentgen Society and The American Institute of Ultrasound and Medicine. Dr. McFadden is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology.

  • Dr. Michael A.  Pollack

    Dr. Michael A. Pollack

    Michael Pollack received his BS at Cornell University and his Doctor of Medicine Degree from New York University School of Medicine where he was elected to the Medical Honor Society, Alpha Omega Alpha. After completing an internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York, Dr. Pollack completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at New York University Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident.

    Dr. Pollack received the Research and Education Fund Grant Award presented by The Radiologic Society of North America.

    Following his formal training at New York University Medical Center, Dr. Pollack completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at New York University Medical Center/Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City. He then joined the staff of both Mountainside Hospital and Montclair Radiology. Upon leaving Mountainside, he joined the staff of Chilton Memorial Hospital.

    Dr. Pollack is especially interested in musculoskeletal radiology and the development of protocols to lower radiation exposure resulting from medical imaging. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology.

  • Dr. Brett D. Ferdinand

    Dr. Brett D. Ferdinand

    Brett Ferdinand received his BS at Cornell University and his Doctor of Medicine Degree from New York University School of Medicine. After completing an internship at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York, Dr. Ferdinand completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at New York University Medical Center.

    Following his formal training at New York University Medical Center, Dr. Ferdinand completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at New York University Medical Center/Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City.

    Upon completing his fellowship, Dr. Ferdinand joined Montclair Radiology and the staff of Chilton Memorial Hospital.

    Dr. Ferdinand is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and an active member of The American College of Radiology, The Radiological Society of North America, and The American Roentgen Ray Society.

  • Dr. Anuj J. Tolia

    Dr. Anuj J. Tolia

    Anuj Tolia received his BS at The Wharton School of Business and his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York University School of Medicine where he was elected to the Medical Honor Society, Alpha Omega Alpha. After completing an internship in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, Dr. Tolia completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at New York University.

    Dr. Tolia received the Resident Research Scholarship Award presented by The Radiologic Society of North America.

    Following his formal training at New York University Medical Center, Dr. Tolia completed a fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology and Body/Breast Imaging at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Upon completing his fellowship, Dr. Tolia joined the staffs of Montclair Radiology and Chilton Memorial Hospital.

    Dr. Tolia is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and an active member of The American College of Radiology, The Radiological Society of North America, The American Roentgen Ray Society and The New York Roentgen Ray Society.

  • Dr. Ross T.  Mondshine

    Dr. Ross T. Mondshine

    Ross Mondshine graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Biology. He earned a Masters degree in Physiology from Finch University of Health Sciences and subsequently attended The Chicago Medical School, where he earned his Doctor of Medical Degree.

    He completed an internship in the Department of Surgery at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and completed his Radiology residency at New York University Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Mondshine completed a fellowship in Interventional and Vascular Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as the Cope-Cook Fellow.

    Dr. Mondshine is a diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. He is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology.

  • Dr. Daniel S.  Levy

    Dr. Daniel S. Levy

    Daniel Levy earned his undergraduate degree, graduating Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He went on to receive his Medical Degree from the New York Medical College. Dr. Levy interned in Surgery at Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C. and did his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.

    He then went on to complete a fellowship in Neuroradiology at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Dr. Levy began his career at Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging Center where he practiced until joining Montclair Radiology. His hospital affiliations have included the Biscayne Medical Center, Barnet Hospital, and most recently Chilton Memorial Hospital.

    Dr. Levy is board-certified through both The American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. In addition, he is an active member of The American College of Radiology, the Radiology Society of New Jersey, and the Radiology Society of North America.

  • Dr. Patrick J.  Hines

    Dr. Patrick J. Hines

    Patrick Hines earned his BA from the State University at Stony Brook and his Doctor of Medicine Degree at New York Medical College. He interned at the New York Infirmary Beekman Downtown Hospital in New York and did his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he was Chief Resident.

    Once his formal training was complete, Dr. Hines went on to complete a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York.

    Following the completion of his fellowship, he joined Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging Center of Fair Lawn, NJ, as well as becoming an Attending Radiologist at both Barnert Hospital and Outpatient Imaging Center and Chilton Memorial Hospital. He subsequently joined the staff of Montclair Radiology.

    He is board-certified through both The American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

  • Dr. Stuart C.  Moses

    Dr. Stuart C. Moses

    After earning his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, Stuart Moses went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He continued at Mount Sinai for his internship, focusing on pediatrics, and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology.

    He spent the third year of his residency doing a mini-fellowship in Interventional Radiology. He was chosen and completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

    Dr. Moses joined both Barnert Hospital and Chilton Memorial Hospital as an Attending Radiologist. Prior to joining Montclair Radiology, he was also on staff at Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging.

    Dr. Moses is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology with a special competency in Nuclear Medicine awarded by the American Board of Radiology. He is an active member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiology Society of North America, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.

  • Dr. Lisa T.  Bash

    Dr. Lisa T. Bash

    Lisa Bash earned a BA in Psychology from Emory University, where she was Vice President of Psi Chi, the National Psychology Honor Society, and was also elected to Alpha Epsilon Delta, the Premedical Honor Society.

    Dr. Bash received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Medicine. She interned at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA and completed her Radiology residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York.

    Dr. Bash then went on to complete a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at New York University Medical Center.

    She has significant experience with ultrasound-guided, stereotactic, and MRI-guided core biopsy. Prior to joining Montclair Radiology and Chilton Memorial Hospital, she was on the staff of Summit Radiological Associates. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology.

  •  Dr. Nicole L Lacz

    Dr. Nicole L Lacz

    Nicole Lacz earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Boston College where she graduated Summa cum laude, 'with highest honors". 

    Dr. Lacz received her Doctor of Medicine degree from New Jersey Medical School and was awarded the Highest Ranking Female Graduate of her 2004 class. 

    She interned at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and completed her Residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.  Dr. Lacz then went on to complete her fellowship in Breast Imaging at St. Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center in Livingtson, NJ.

    Dr. Lacz is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and is notably skilled in Breast MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound and Breast Interventions.  She previously held positions at Summit Medical Group and Overlook Breast Center prior to joining Montclair Radiology and Chilton Memorial Hospital.
